NET BACKUP - Drive Address 1 is already ocupied by drive

someone can help me solve this issue

I scan device got the robot but I cannot checklist the drive and appear that information 

currently master server 7.7.3 and run with windows server 2012

It would apear that the drive at position 1 in the robot is not zoned/ connected to one of the media servers being scaned in the device wizard.

Simply connect and zone that drive to one of the media servers.

Have you checked Windows Device Manager to confirm that the tape drive(s) can be seen at OS-level and that drivers have been installed?

Please show us output of 'scan' command.
(In .....\veritas\volmgr\bin)
