In NOM, I have configured an alert to send me an email when the number of available media falls to below 5. The problem that I am seeing is that the media report displayed in NOM is incorrect. It shows the total volumes as 1 and the available media as -45. In NetBackup, the total media count is shown as 1229 and the number available as 47. The other NOM reports, processes and backup results etc all seem to be correct.
Does anyone know why yhe media details in NOM is incorrect and how I fix it?
The Master Server is running NetBackup 6.0 MP7 on RHEL 4. The NOM server is running 6.0 MP7 on Windows 2003.
