netbackup 6.5.4
HP Unix
With SSO
I am trying to restore piece of data in one of our media server
5 drives are allocated to that media server..out of them 2 are in use and 3 are free
when i start restore it waits for 5 minutes and comes out with error
Error bptm (pid=4276) NBJM returned an extended error status: drive(s) unavailable or down (830)
even though drives are avaialble(Up and running)..both media and drive type is set to dlt3
maximum job for that storage unit is set to 5
