Need help to import media's from Backup exec to Netbackup 7.1

Hi All,

I am doing importing from Backup exec to NEtbackup 7.1. but Iam getting following error after running phase 1 import. but I already ran imported all four media's which are required but still it is asking for me to do phase 1 import on spanned set.

I tried to import media's several times but still I am getting same problem.

We won't be able to help you with this - according to the message there are more tapes in this backup set....

As a matter of interest, from which BE version are you trying to import?

The last BE version that can be imported is 12.0. 
No support for 12.5 and later.

...if not BE 12.0, then the only way around this is to restore using BE and then backup that data using NBU. Not sure why Symantec never continued with supporting this (makes sense as they're both Symantec products!?!), but they don't.

BE version is 12.5..

Out of 4 media's I got some images on two media's. also I got the same error.

I shouldn't work for 12.5 but even if it did you would need the rest of the tape set importing using a phase 1 first

If you are happy that you really do have all tapes involved then it must be the 12.5 unsupported issue

Note that even in support there are other restrictions such as some agent type backups not being any good for import / restore
