NetBackup 6.5 is rerunning partially successful backups

We just starting using NetBackup version 6.5.  We have a few clients that give a Status of 1 "partially successful".  But instead of just stopping there, it will rerun it several times within the start window. Is there a way to get it to not rerun those Code 1 errors?

check for the files that are in use that cannot backup, ensure are part of the system or that you dont need them, add them to the exclude list of the client and you will get a status 0.

This is for the Full SAP DB backup.  The "Default-Application-Backup" schedule that is the child job off of the Full works and gets no errors.  It is just the "Full" schedule is the one that fails.  The archives of the DB work fine.

This job is the connection job to the DB to perform the backups, kind of a bridge between netbackup and the DB engine, if it fails is normaly because a timeout issue, check how long is taking to disconnect once is done, some times your media server doesnt relase the drives or tape on time and the timeout number under your client is to low and that fails because the media server was not done yet, is a common thing on DB backups is part of the tune up, check the media timout on the media server and client connect time out on your client, be sure your client timeout is not bigger than the media if this is the case your client connect timeout must small than the media connect time out.

hope this helps.
