NetBackup Enterprise Media Manager Service won't start

I have a new NetBackup 6.5.2 Media server on 64 bit Windows Server 2008.  The NetBackup Enterprise Media Manager Service does not start automatically.  When I try to start it manually I get the following error.

"Windows could not start the NetBackup Enterprise Media Manager service on {Server Name}.

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

EMM service is not supposed to run on the media server
It only runs on the EMM server which is usually the master server

Your right.  The problem I was having was something completely different I just figured it out.  Thanks anyway.

Rebooting the server may resolve this problem!!!!!!
