Netbackup 7.0.1 remote administration console issue

Hi, I tried to install NetBackup 7.0.1 remote administration console on a Windows Vsita Enterprise 32bit laptop and I got some issues.

First I install the remote adminsitration console by using NBU 7.0 DVD. Because my master server is NBU 7.0.1 on Widnows 2008 r2, I need to upgrade to 7.0.1. I use the upgrade package 7.0.1x86 to upgrade but it failed with a message which said:

The NetBackup Upgrade install was interrupted before it could be completed.

Is it because of compatiblity or some settings issue? Thanks in advance.

Are there any error messages in installation log?

Check log from installer, or review the file directory. This artcle will help you to find log files.

Did you right-click and select "Run As Administrator"?

There is no log files under temp directory which is quite strange. I also checked it is not Antivirus software issue.
