We're running Netbackup 7.5.0.3 and are running the KMS tape encryption for one of our backups.
We recently upgraded from 7.1 and everything is working fine, but the KMS service will not start. It starts and then just stops with this message in the System Event log: The NetBackup Key Management Service service entered the stopped state.
No errors or anything. Is anyone else experiencing this, I can't seem to find anyone else with this issue.
Thanks,
Mike

Could your KMS database have disappeared? Does the KMS folder still exist and is it nonempty? (Path is: <install_path>\kms )
I suspect it may not be there (or may have gotten moved somewhere NetBackup isn't expecting) - failure to find configuration usually stops nbkms cold.
DISCLAIMER: I don't actually know anything about KMS, but I get hunches and know how to point you to documentation... you may need to call and open a case to talk to someone who does.

Nice, that was it.
We did migrate the master server to a new server.
