I recently took over the job of backups.
Everything was running smooth until I received an error. No drives are available in storage unit. However, all the drives in the storage unit are scratch and writeable.
I also received the following error (344) cannot open \\ \ changer 0, SCSI coordinates (3,0,6,1) the requested resource is in use.
It's like the drive is stuck in use.
I've run inventory on roboto, drive, no errors.
The drive can be cleaned, no errors.
Please help.
