Netbackup Exchange IS backups fail with Backup Exec error?

Has anyone seen this before.  I am getting backup exec errors in my MS Exchange Info Store backups that fail with status code 1.  Here is the bpbkar log from the ExchServer:

I've checker permissions on the service account, made sure the mailbox for it is "active", and recycled services on both client and master?

Thanks in advance for any help...

Hi This is Swapnil

I guess , we are backign up exchange 2007 , we dont need mailbox for backing up Information Store.
As the error is showing for BEDS . To troubleshoot , we need the BEDS logs fromt he exchange server

we can easily find out what is the error for Beds int he beds logs.

Marianne explained that it looks like Symantec is using some of the same underlying code for their agents.   She said she disregards the backup exec messages in the error logs.  It appears that the fact that you see backup exec in the logs has nothing to do with the actual backup failures.
