Netbackup Request time out

Hi,

                    In our environment we have allocateed the separate VLAN and separate Interface for the netbackup.We are using solaris as master server.Nowadays while I am connecting from the Remote adminitration console it becomes very slow from my local system.But telnet to 13724 port is connecting quickly with master server. and while I am checking host properties of master server its throwing error like Request Timed out ( 0 ).Netstat -an out put states that The connection is in time_wait.Can U help me to resolve this.

Maybe you can start by giving us more info about your environment:
NBU version
Master server O/S
Type of Admin Console used
