Netbackup SLP policy doesnt do duplication

Hi Netbackup experts ,

I just set up a SLP policy to backup my Netbackup Catalog . first backup to a MSDP storage pool and intend to duplicate to the Tape

but I noticed that the SLP policy only does the backup but there is no duplication jobs . is there any there I need to check ?  Thanks  a lot
