Netbackup recovery Host not detected when i restore VM

i face problem when i restore VM as when netbackup recovery options start it's hang for period and failed to reterive netbackup recovery host as shown in fig 

netbackup master server is 7.5.0.7

vcenter server 5.1 batch 2

esx server 5.1 batch 2

help please

Is that the Java console?

if yes.. first i would say try with windows admin console (backup , archive & restore window) in windows media server or if your recovery host is recovery host.. you can bring it up from there...too

no it's from admin consol on both media server and master server(recovery host)

Which server is backup host for VMware backups?  
NBU version and OS on backup host? 
Is this machine up and running?

master server is the backup host server , NBU version 7.5.0.7 win 2008 R2 

VM is UP and running

If the Master is your VMware Backup host, then something seems to be very wrong here.
The Backup host is normally Recovery host as well.

Best to log a call with Symantec Support.
