PBX-ClusterGroup - Needed or Not

Hello.
 
We have an Exchange/Windows 2003 cluster.
We have set it up in NetBackup 6.0 MP5 as an App-Cluster.
 
MOM keeps reporting that the PBX-ClusterGroup fails but whenever we chick it, it looks fine.
 
Are the PBX-ClusterGroup's needed in an App-Cluster? If not can we just delete them?

I was having the same problems, so I removed PBX from all my cluster configurations.  The PBX service seems to run fine if it is just configured on each cluster physical node locally and not inside the cluster config.
