Poor backup preformance after applying 6.0 MP7

We currently backup 50 Windows clients; I have applied MP7 on the Master Server running 6.0 MP5 and all the windows clients running 6.0 MP5, we have seen drastic reduction in throughput on the backups on two of our clients, and the thing that makes these different from the other clients is that they both have iSCSI attached storage on a EMC CX3-20, using the Microsoft iSCSI software, no iSCSI hardware cards are used.  Full backups have increased from 4 hours to over 1 day, and also 1 day to over 4 days respectively.


Other servers seem not to be affected.

I have removed MP7 from one of the clients, but this has not resolved the problem.

Are backing up ALL LOCAL DRIVES and those iSCSI drives are using the same NIC has production? or you have 1 NIC for prod, 1 for Storage and 1 for Backups? this can be key for performance, but is defenetely a Symantec issue because if this happened after the upgrade there is something on MP7 that is messing with you setup. Open a case with Symantec and deliver some details.
