Question about Blat (windows smpt program)

I'm trying to use Blat in order to send out server e-mails from a windows 2000 master server.

I'm using .../veritas/netbackup/nbmail.cmd

I can get messages sent when I clear the %3 in the command line but unforutnately that strips out the body of the message. When I include the %3 and turn on debugging - I got the following in the dump file:

Login name is nathan.kippen@xxxx.xxx
Error: Wait a bit (possible timeout).Message not accepted by server
Error: Wait a bit (possible timeout).Sending C:\WINNT\TEMP\nb_27.tmp to nathan.kippen@xxxxx.xxx
Subject:Backup on xxxxxxx - 150

For some reason Blat is having problems using the .tmp file for the body of the message.

I think the file doesn't stay around long enough for blat to import it and send off the e-mail. Netbackup automatically deletes it or else its not being created ...

Thanks for any suggestions or answers you may have,

-Nathan

Bob,

I did see that one; however, I thought it didn't apply to me because I wasn't doing vault.

Well anyway I added -mime and -ti to the syntax and eureka!

Thanks for your help.
