Restore from secondary copy of the in-line tape copying backups??

I'm currently using in-line tape copy within the backup type to make second copy of backups and send this copy to off site storage for disaster recovery purposes. What I need to find out is how to get NetBackup to recognize this copy in order to do a restore from it in case the tapes of the primary copy go bad. Is there a command or GUI option to do this?

The command is BPCHANGEPRIMARY;
bpchangeprimary -copy 2 -M server_name

There are many options/switches for the command. The above will change all media from server_name that were copy2 to primary

...and it appears you can from GUI as well. Right from the HELP section.....

To promote a backup copy to a primary copy

1.In the NetBackup Administration Console, expand NetBackup Management > Catalog.

2.Set up the search criteria for the image you wish to promote to a primary copy. Be sure that you’ve indicated a copy in the Copies field and not Primary Copy. Click Search Now.

3.Select the image you wish to promote.

4.Click Actions > Set Primary Copy.

After promoting to the primary copy, the Primary Status column immediately reads Yes.
