Hi,

I installed Netbackup 7.0 on Solaris 10 with Fiber connectivity with SUN SL 48 Tape Library. Both the Drives are detecting in OS, Netbackup and Device Configuration Wizard. But Robot is not detecting in Netbackup.

Robot is showing in OS. sgscan output just shows the tape drives. Please Help.

Hi,

Check your sg.conf and sg.links files, you probably don't have an entry for the c2::50014380032c3faa,1
 device.

Either edit them or run sg.build again to recreate them, then run sg.install to recreate your entries in /dev/sg/
