Set 2 drives for duplicated jobs

Hello people

Just a simple question: How I can set the duplication job to use 2 drives? (Split the duplication job to differents batches and use 2 drives)

We have 2 LTO4 drives and running a Vault Job for Duplicated data using a NDMP Storage Unit with 2 drives for write. When I start the Vault Duplication Job, I see this:

12/2/2010 8:09:39 AM - begin Duplicating
12/2/2010 8:09:39 AM - vault duplication validation of 1 images failed: Already duplicated
12/2/2010 8:09:39 AM - starting duplication batch 1 of 1 for 200 images
12/2/2010 8:09:44 AM - duplication batch 1 started. Job ID: 123456

All time Netbackup are using just 1 drive. If I have 2 drive available, Why Netbackup use just 1?

Maybe the issue is because all the images can be writting on the same tape and not on differents tapes. It's correct?

Do I need to change any file or configuration?

Thanks for your help.

You required 2 drive for duplication

How many drives do you have in total? And where are you duplicating from?

"We have 2 LTO4 drives"

If you only have 2 drives and duplicating tape-to-tape then one will be used as read drive and one as write drive.

Your post and extract from Activity Monitor does not have enough information...

I have 2 LTO 4 drives for write to tapes.

My duplication job it's looking images from a Storage Disk (Not Tape to Tape).

Sourge = Storage Disk

Destination = 2 LTO4 Drives (Tape)
