Shadow Copy Components

We have recently started getting errors on several of our W2K3 servers when trying to back up "Shadow Copy Components", we receive a "network connection timeout". The servers in question were upgraded inplace from W2K. Everything else on the servers backup just fine...

I have increased the network timeout settings, but the problem still exists. I can run NTbackup on the local server. Has anyone else had similar problems? Oh we are running Netbackup 5.1 MP4...

I guess you need W2k3 SP1. Have you installed it?

Yes, that is a standard part of our server build; even when we do an in-place upgrade.
