Sharepoint GRT Incrementals?

Hi

Simply - Are Sharepoint GRT incremental jobs possible? Or must they always run a full?

I'm referring to MS-Sharepoint policy type backups NOT vmware based backups

You are correct, not possible with incremental. The Sharepoint admin guide, page 51-52, states GRT only supports full or user backups.
