Storage Lifecyle Policies

I've started phasing in SLP policies to replace most of my vaults.   Most of the time they run fine, but does anyone know of a way to tell NBU to wait x amount of time before trying to run a SLP, or make a best effort to run x amount of images at once.  Sometimes I get a traffic jam on the tape drives while the SLPs start stacking up as the backup policy still is running.

There is a (minimally helpful) configuration file /usr/openv/netbackup/db/config/LIFECYCLE_PARAMETERS

There are only a few parameter, I use 

MAX_MINUTES_TIL_FORCE_SMALL_DUPLICATION_JOB 91
DUPLICATION_SESSION_INTERVAL_MINUTES 41

Be aware - some of the parameters use KB but they mean MB
