Hi!!!
I want to take system state backup or Shadow copy in the client win2003 sp2
Master - Linux
Policy type -Flash windows
Netbackup - 7.5
While configure the new policy the error-Snapshot could not be created with VSS method
(Status 223).
Any one suggest how to take shadow copy in this client..

System State /Shadow Copy Components cant be backed up with FlashBackup type policy.
try with MS-Windows as policy type

I tryed that also it shows
snapshot could not be created with VSS method
(Status 223).

Open a command prompt and run the command: vssadmin list writers
All the writers listed should be in Stable state with no errors.
If the writers are not stable restart the server and then check them again and let us know
