The netbackup job doesn't progress

This only a question.
For example I have a job that usually takes about 1 hour to be complete.
I have never had any issue with that job but in this time that job was running about 8 hours and I couldn't see progress the job.
In the console I saw the job writing but it didn't show how many files or info was writting.
The questions is this:
Why the job was taking more time that usually?

Could be that the files were being using for another process?
Why the job doesn't fail?
Where can I see the logs about what is happen?
Could be the service in the client?
jejeje I think they are many questions.

Thanks

Hi
issue solved.
I had to reboot the server.
The issue I think was that the client was not listening through the port 13782.

Thanks

To see how the backup is progressing, you can enable bpbkar logging on the client.  You can then read through that log and see what, if anything, is being backed up.

I have seen this happen if the disk drives on the client was full.
