Currently my situation is that, i tried using the bare metal restore and i have encounter issue like "No network interface is discovered."
Can anyone out there to advise on this issue?

Sorry then - I have misunderstood yore post then. It may be Windows PE can't recognize the server NIC then.
As I read these Tech notes you need to add the driver the Windows PE environment.

There are different types of teaming. Some do simple fail-over other do advanced load balancing.
I suspect you do use a load balance since you see "no network". The problem here is that the switch expect the host to use the LACP protocol, but instead the normal access protocol is used and you don't get a link. You need to configure the switch port as a normal port while BMR is active and then revert to a switch port channel when teaming again become active.
What type of port channel has the network admin configured ?

Hi,
For my case, i am using a server installed with Windows Server 2012 and have two network connection combine to do nic teaming. I have used the symantec netbackup bare metal restore to do a backup. Now i am trying to restore the image to the server. It prompted me with this error message "No network interface is discovered".
Is it because of the nic teaming issue? Is there a workround ?

Yes I think it is.
The network switch expect a teaming protocol - e.g LACP.
Please ask the network admin if any special configuration has been done on the switch side to enable teamin or post a picture of how the teaming was configured. As a mentioned before there are multiple teaming methods.

Hi,
Thank you for your quick reply. Sorry, maybe i am not been clear in my writing. My nic teaming is done on the server (windows server 2012) instead of the network switch port. So what i did is that i am trying to backup the windows server 2012 using symantec netbackup bare metal restore. And i am try to restore the server using the symantec netbackup bare metal restore. In the process of restoration, i encounter an issue whereby there is an error message showing "no network interface is discovered". I am not sure whether does the nic teaming causes the problem. if it is the nic teaming causing the problem, is there any workaround?
