VCB confusion

We are in the process of upgrading from 5.0 to 6.5 and deploying VCB.  I have been checking document 293350 and it mentions "NetBackup for VMware requires the NetBackup Snapshot Client license, which
is included in the NetBackup Enterprise Client license."

Is this a separate option that we need to purchase? I tried contacting the licensing support # but they referred me to sales and the automated system kept sending my call to licensing support in an endless loop?

If you want to integrate NB with Virtual Center and VCB you should to use Enterprise Client license.. but if you want to create pre- post- backup scripts for NB and VCB - you need only standard client license for VCB Proxy.
