VMware full backup fails with error 11

My customer is getting the following when running a vStorage VMware full backup. I have not been able to find any information on the VIXAPI freeze error.

NetBackup 7.0.1.

I don't know the ESX version.

You would need to increase the timeout so that enough time is available to create the snapshots.

Error 156 did get sorted out with increasing the timeouts.

Will also require more info on how NB is configured to do VM backups.
