Vault ejects without a Media Access Port

I have a 24 tape library with a one tape MAP accessed by sliding one of the tape trays out.  When running a vault job multiple tapes need to be sent off site.   I can disable the MAP slot and manually extract the tapes but am concerned it will confuse Netbackup.  Are there setting that could facilitate manual tape removal or am I stuck with the one-tape-at-a-time MAP method?

vault job can wait untill MAP is empty before it can eject another tape. if you perfer to do it manually

you can remove the tapes manually,  after that you need to run the robot inventry manually to make sure netbackup is updated it.

You can choose 'deferred eject' in the Eject tab. This will allow you to manually remove the tapes.
