We have many customers running Veritas. When one of our Solaris based modules crashes Veritas takes over and runs the process somewhere on an unknown machine. Our software's license server sees it and will not run a second copy. The module of ours that Veritas starts up causes more harm than good to a vital system since we have our own steps in place to restart a crashed process or failover to another box.
Question: What can I tell our customers on: How to tell Veritas not to do anything in the event that a certain module crashes or a module from a specific directory crashes?
