encountered and error while I was creating a STS

Dear all

when I was trying to create a storage server on my RHEL6 master server ( master server = media server = storage server )

I encountered the following error

Login credntials verification failed for server RHEL6U4 / file not found (2060018)

I have deleted the <servername>.cfg file under the /usr/openv/lib/ost-plugins directory.

and then I re-run the wizard . this time I got a different error saying

Configring media server deduplication pool RHEL6U4 /system call failed(11)RDSM has encountered an STS error:updateStorageSe...

I have attached the screen shot as well .  

I was wondering which logs I should be looking at ..  much appreciated !

Please delete config again, then take screenshots of each step to create MSDP pool.

Also show us 'df -h' output of filesystem that you intend to use for MSDP.

I am trying to find out if there may be known issues with your combination of NBU and OS on master server.

I notice that you 'forgot' to select or mention your NBU version and patch level?

Any particular reason for only having a 5GB de-dupe storage pool?

I believe it is possible but maybe it has issues in creating the database and structures with such a small area?

It should have writtent some logs on that disk (depending how far it got) - take a look to see if there is anything there that will give more clues
