errors after moving to MP5

I am running netbackup 6.0 MP5, and on 2 of my windows 2003 R2 media servers after the upgrade they lost their tape drives.  Windows sees the tape devices fine, but Netbackup will not recognize them..  It sees the library, just not drives.  Nothing I've tried seems to work, any advice would be great, thanks

things were working fine on MP4.

I'm also getting errors on restore, stating "Warning: unable to obtain list of files using specified search criteria."

Matt,
Have you run the 'Configure Storage Devices' Wizard from your master?
Also, make sure that the NBU Device Manager service is running correctly on the medias.
Other things to try: make sure you reboot!
You can also try the 'tpautoconfig' command (\<install>\volmgr\bin).

If you upgrade NBU I will recomend to check the compatibility list and see if the firmware version that you have on the HBA cards is the best, also what it the library model? I know that some IBM3584 models if the first drive is down the rest of the drives are not available.
