For restore, first thing you have to do is placing files in disk storage unit into same path as it was.
There are some options for next step.

Option 1: Using Media Host Override settings
Follow the instructions described in NetBackup 7.5 Administration Guide for Windows Volume I page 944.
http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5159
This is easiest way here, but Media Host Override does not take effect for expiration. Image files will be left after image expiration.

Option 2: Change owner of all backups kept in old server
Change owner of backups using "bpmedia -movedb -allvolumes -newserver new_server -oldserver old_server" command.
This may affect all backups taken on the old_server including tape and disk backups. Image files will be deleted as normal after image expiration.

Option 3: Change owner of each backups
Change owner of each backups using "bpimage -newserver new_server -oldserver old_server -id media_id" command. media_id is media ID for tape backups. In case of disk backup, get ID of each fragments using "bpimagelist -L" command.
Image files will be deleted as normal after image expiration.

For backup, just create new storage unit on new server.
