Is this a new NDMP config?
Or did backups work fine previously?
What is OS on Master server?
(you have selected Windows 7, but I guess that is not your Master server OS).
Which NBU version and patch level?
Is Master server configured as NDMP media server?
Are drives shared between Master or Media server and NDMP host?
Which make/model NDMP?
How were devices configured? Using the Device Wizard or manually?
Please show output of the following on the NDMP media server (possibly your master server):

Are backups working on Master server STU? (Only NDMP failing?)
Please create bptm log folder on the master/media server under <install-path>\veritas\netbackup\logs\.
After next failure, copy the log file in bptm folder to bptm.txt and upload as File attachment.
