Ops Center Alert - Disk Pool space

Hello,

I configured an Ops policy alert that should generates an alert when disk volume space is below a percentage value and also sends an email.

The problem is that Ops sends an email every 15 minutes even if percentage value doesn't change.

Maybe Ops considers also terabytes value changes as well as percentage value changes?

Could there be a way to improve the disk volume space monitor?

Are you referring to 'Disk Pool Full' or 'Low  Disk Volume Capacity' alert ? Did you Acknolodge the alert in opscenter ? The threshhold value for Low  Disk Volume Capacity on accpet value in percentage ( 1-100) where for Disk Pool Full will take 100 % ( Full) irrespectove of TB size.
