Problem with restoring Exchange from snapshot

Hi!

I ran into problem when I try to restore Exchange 2003 from snapshot. Exchange is on Veritas Storage Foundation 4.3 two node cluster and we are creating every day snapshot backup with vxsnap tool. Unfortunately last night I try to restore Exchange from snapshot running vxsnap -x X:\path_to_xml_file restore restoretype=PIT and after few seconds I got error that says that restore could not be done with explanation "The Component / Writer have not been found".
Does anyone know what this means? Any help is appreciated.

Hi, please try to run the command "vxsnap refresh" and retry the snapshot. (This refreshes all the VSS components)

Well if I will need snapshot again definitely I will try. For now I manually copied Exchange databases and transaction logs from snapshot to production LUN.
