There are two solutions coming in my mind

Sol 1:

Concatenate two 2 pairs and make 524 GB volume
Rename the orginal volume
create the new volume with same name as it was before
migrate the date using tar or ufsdump

Sol2 :
Concatenate two 2 pairs and make 524 GB volume
create mirror with orginal volume
after resyning has been completed .( So need for manual data migration )
Remove the mirror ( remove the first disk from the mirror ) using vea or cli

Note:

As you have high disk capcity than the orginal disk we can mirror these volumes , if you have smaller disk than the orginal volume. you will not able to mirror these volumes
