Did VTRSobgui get removed?

We dont have any VOM or SFM installed and have been using vea until now. Our first 5.1 install and of course, no VEA supplied.
Bulletin http://support.veritas.com/docs/346513 says we can download it, but theres no link for it.  Has it been removed from the web site?
Also, perhaps oddly, we use Unix workstations to manage our Unix servers, does the VOM stuff require a PC?

Suppport team pointed it out to me, the small red print at the bottom is the link.  I was looking for a 'download' button.
