EMC Array support missing in VXVM 5.0 / SLES10

# vxddladm listsupport all

shows 13 supported arrays - should be 21       (on other hosts the same command shows 21 arrays)

Further analyze shows that we are missing the following 8 .so and .key links in the /etc/vx/lib/discovery.d and /etc/vx/aslkey.d directories:

/etc/vx/lib/discovery.d/libvxcscovrts.so    should link to libvxcscovrts.so.1
/etc/vx/lib/discovery.d/libvxemc.so           should link to libvxemc.so.1
/etc/vx/lib/discovery.d/libvxhds.so                                       etc....
/etc/vx/lib/discovery.d/libvxhitachi.so
/etc/vx/lib/discovery.d/libvxpurple.so
/etc/vx/lib/discovery.d/libvxshark.so
/etc/vx/lib/discovery.d/libvxveritas.so
/etc/vx/lib/discovery.d/libvxxp256.so

/etc/vx/aslkey.d/libvxcscovrts.key           should link to libvxcscovrts.key.1
/etc/vx/aslkey.d/libvxemc.key                  should link to libvxemc.key.1
/etc/vx/aslkey.d/libvxhds.key                                                etc....
/etc/vx/aslkey.d/libvxhitachi.key
/etc/vx/aslkey.d/libvxpurple.key
/etc/vx/aslkey.d/libvxshark.key
/etc/vx/aslkey.d/libvxveritas.key
/etc/vx/aslkey.d/libvxxp256.key

All tventyone so.1 and key.1 files exist in the directories. Only the links are missing.  Everything else in the /etc/vx directory seems to be okay.

The only library we are interested in is the libvxemc.so  EMC Symmetrix  (as we are going to migrate from Clariion to VMAX).

We have manually added the missing libvxemc.so and libvxemc.key links and  executed "vxctl enable" + "vxconfigd -t".

No difference.

Any idea ? Any fancy refresh command ? We don't want to reinstall VXVM as this server must be up 24x7.

Best regards
Ena
