Unfortunately only 64-bit hardware is supported. 32-bit VCS (Veritas Cluster Server) software is supported on 64-bit hardware.
If you have another look at two hardware options in the HCL, it lists the following on page 4:
Intel EM64T architecture
AMD Opteron architecture
The footnote says the following:
Supports 32-bit and 64-bit versions of
VCS. Supports only 64-bit versions of all other software stacks.
