Agent cannot be installed remotely to server (Symantec BE)

HI everyone,

I got 5 server and all of it I install agent remotely but then only on 1 server the agent cannot be installed, on the backup manager it shows that the "agent successfully installed and required restart". when i go in to that particular server there is no agent installed.Why.?can someone expert help me on this issue.?
