Are BESR patches cumulative??

I was recently told of the new SP2 update for BESR 8.0, at the following location:

I was recommended to install it because it has an updated snapshot driver.

Is this a cumulative patch??

Presently our Help | About says: 8.0.1.24976, is this the most current version before applying the patch??

No, this patch is not cumulative.  This is because 8.0.1 is the initial release version for Backup Exec System Recovery.

Or will it be documented what is cumulative and what is not cumulative??

Historically, updated builds are cumulative from the first release. Hotfixes typically are not, but will state at what build the hotfix is intended for.
