Autoloader HP Ultrium 448 VS BESR 8

Hi all, i have installed Symantec Backup Exec System Recory 8 and i'll set up a job backup on my autoloader but i can't see it. What can i do? How can i setup up backup on my autoloader?

In my operating system the drive is still correctly installed.

Any idea?

If by autoloader drive you mean a tape drive, Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR), unlike Backup Exec Windows Server (BEWS), does not work ‘directly,’ work with tape drives as an storage medium. BESR can though invoke a BEWS agent (10d and above) to have it send the recovery point images to a tape medium (e.g. disk-to-disk-to-tape).
