We are running BESR 8.5 and utilising Altirs intergration component to automate the Backup Policies and for reporting. We have multiple sites and a NAS storage device at each site to save the backups onto. At some sites the computers will not backup at all, even though BESR is installed, the latest licence is applied and the backup policy is correct. I can also log onto the NAS device directly from the PC (and ping it also).
I am at a loss!
Any ideas?
