BESR 8 backing multiple parttions

I am trying to backup my C: and D: partions. I am only able to see the C: partion. I cannot figure out why this is happening.

Does running the partinfo.exe from the default location C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\Utility show in the partinfo.txt any error’s for the D partition; how about if you ran the SMEDUMP.EXE utility?

I ran the utility and it mentioned some errors. I am not sure what the next step would be.
