BESR Backup job starsts and hold with 1% completed

Hi All,

I am now using BESR 7.0 with System recovery manager, the manager software now connecting with 5 Servers. However, one of the servers always cannot complete the backup, when I check the monitor status. It shows that the backup job only completed 1%.

I have tried to reinstall and update the BESR to 7.04 but the result is negative.

Would you mind please give me a hand?

Since the Manager option is simply to report publishing status, pull it out of the equation when troubleshooting this issue. Uninstall BESR & Management control (do not retain jobs or history), reboot, Install BESR locally from the fileconnect download (i.e. BESR802_all_win_multilingual_prod.zip), setup a new job to the same desired storage location, run the job manually and again from scheduled; do either of them work, what error is reported through the UI, what error if any is reported in the, ‘backup exec system recovery.log.txt,’ file?
