Hi,
I'm trying to deploy BESR2010 using the BESR Management Server. The version I want to deploy is the one without a user interface so I can avoid having to manually install .net on all my servers (I have 35 to protect).
I have been able to deploy the application but it doesn't install properly. The BESR service is not listed. There is a tray icon but when I hover over it I get a message saying "Unable to retrieve information from the agent: Access Denied". When I look in Task Manager, VProSvc.exe is not listed. I have tried running the fixinstall.bat utility but I still have not resolved my issue. The server I am trying to back up is a Windows 2003 DC.
Any ideas?
