Hi i got the follwing event log on more than 1 server

Faulting application VProSvc.exe, version 9.0.0.35656, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3290, fault address 0x000224a6.

i gone through below technote

but in this version the BESR service started after this event.

and the scheduled backup missed also note to this that other drive incremental & scheduled backups are fine.

need a solution on this as symantec is investigating as mentiond in above technote..

Give an update to BESR 2010 SP4 a try, you'r still running BESR without any service pack.

This issue is seen mostly due to memory related problems. Lots of memory related issues are fixed in BESR 2010 SP1/SP2 and higher. It would be a good idea if you upgrade to the latest version of BESR/SSR
