Manually Install SSR Complement for a Managed SSR Client

Hello to all,

After a manual Altiris Agent installation, how can I do a manual SSR Complement installation?

Where can I find the SSR Complement EXE file to install in managed clients?

Yes, that is the SSR Management Plug-in. That is required to manage SSR clients.

Sorry, I thought you were asking about the SSR client itself.

Any reason why you are doing this manually?

Yes Im experiencing some problems when I whant to push the installation from the management console. In the clients nothing is installed, or only installs the Altiris Agent, but the Icon is not shown in the toolbar.

Only AeXNSAgent.exe appears in processes tab in the task manager.

Hi Chris,

If i'm not mistaken this that you mean, its an SSR agent installation (the core product).

I'm talking about the complement that it's necessary to manage SSR remotely via Altiris Agent.

I've had a look in the folder that you have told me and I've find this:

Altiris\Symantec System Recovery Management Solution\Web\SSRAgentSetup\Symantec_SSR_NS_Agent_10_0.msi

I'm supose that this is the agent that I need to managet SSR i a client. I this correct?
