Please see the following technote for assistance:

Is this a new install; when did this issue begin?

As recommended in the technote document I would certainly run a chkdsk on the source and the destination.

What exact version of BESR are you running (Help > About) and does this computer have any special partitions such as restore/recovery partitions?

Thanks for your reply.  We are using BESR 8.0 and it was newly installed.  This issue began from the first time we've used the product.  I'v already tried to perform chkdsk and  also tried changing the destination device, still the same problem occurs.  I tried even disabling the anti-virus but still had no luck.
