I installed this for myself and for a client in mid-2014.
Now, the client's installation seems to have gone wrong and I need to re-install.
Sadly, the software downloads only seem to include a 'recovery disk' with no apparent means of re-installing the software.
I successfully installed the 'trialware' version but, when trying to apply the licence key, it failed because the software serial number was incorrect.
There appears to have been an upgrade of this product recently which probably accounts for that.
How do I reinstall my client's software?

Apologies - checking the client's paperwork, we installed on their PC in 2013 (mine in late 2014) so it's a question of finding a download compatible with the client's licence key/serial number.

If you have the serial number, you should be able to access the dowload here:

Failing that, contact licensing as mentioned above.
